Tim grew up in a musical family. In his early years, he learned to sing harmonies with his brother and parents singing gospel music in church. His family still sings in church today. From Tim’s own words, “I just thought that every home was filled with music. That’s just what we did.” Outside of gospel music, his dad introduced him to Merle Haggard and the Hinsons.
Tim has a great love for Baseball and coaches baseball when he can. He often shares how supportive his wife and children have been of him as he pursued music. For years, Tim would teach school during the week and perform part-time as a musician. After retiring from teaching, Tim was offered a full-time job with the Holiday Band and hasn’t looked back!
